Privacy Policy

Overview

Pocklio helps customers manage salary, monthly bills, daily spending, savings targets, and account settings. We treat this information as private personal budgeting data.

Information We Collect

When cloud sync is enabled, Pocklio may store your name, email, country, currency preference, salary paid day, salary plan, bills, paid bill status, spending entries, categories, reminders, and backup settings.

How We Use Information

We use your information to sign you in, restore your budget on another device, sync your app data, show spending and bill summaries, provide reminders, and support your account.

Optional Automatic Bill Detection

On Android, you may grant Pocklio permission to scan recent SMS messages for bill-related content such as a provider name, amount, and due date. On iPhone and the web, you may connect Gmail with read-only permission so Pocklio can search for bill-related emails. These features are optional and can be disconnected or denied.

Pocklio processes message or email content only to identify potential bills. It saves structured suggestions you approve, such as the provider, amount, and due date. Full SMS messages and email bodies are not saved in your Pocklio cloud budget.

What We Do Not Do

Pocklio is not a bank. We do not move money, connect to bank accounts in this version, sell your financial data, or allow casual admin access to private salary and spending details.

Cloud Sync

If you sign in, your app data may be stored in a cloud database so you can reinstall the app, sign in, and continue. Your device may also keep a local offline copy.

Service Providers

Pocklio may use trusted service providers to operate app features, including Supabase for authentication, database storage, and cloud sync. These providers process data only to help us provide and maintain the app.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Pocklio does not currently use third-party advertising tracking. If analytics or crash reporting are added, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected and why.

Data Retention

We keep account and cloud-synced budget data while your account is active or as needed to provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain app security. Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days.

Your Choices

You can sign out, disable optional reminders, and request help with account deletion or data questions through PlushRoad support.

Children's Privacy

Pocklio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Users

PlushRoad is operated as an independent app studio. If you access Pocklio from outside your country, your information may be processed where our service providers operate.
