FAQs
I forgot which email I used.
Try the email accounts you normally use for app sign-in. If you still cannot find it, contact support and include your device type and approximate sign-up date.
Restore is not working.
Confirm you are signing in with the same method and email used when backup was enabled. If the issue continues, send the sign-in method, device type, and any error message.
Backup failed.
Check your internet connection, sign in again, and try backup once more. If it still fails, contact support with the app version and the time it happened.
My salary month looks wrong.
Review your salary date, carry-over, savings target, paid bills, and spending entries. These values control what Pocklio shows as remaining.
When will I get a response?
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 to 5 business days.
Is Pocklio available now?
Pocklio is preparing to launch on iPhone and Android. App Store and Google Play links will be added to the Pocklio page as soon as the listings are live.
