Delete Account
Pocklio account deletion requests can be sent to PlushRoad support at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@plushroad.com from the email address used for your Pocklio account and include "Delete Pocklio account" in the subject.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days after we verify that the request came from the account owner.
What Will Be Deleted
We will delete account profile details and cloud-synced Pocklio budget data associated with your account where available.
Local Device Data
Data stored only on your device can be removed by signing out and deleting the app from that device.
